Introducing The Studio at Northshore in Itchenor

A bright, flexible space for movement, wellbeing and small group sessions, with a growing mix of regular classes and more to come.

There is more happening at Northshore than people might realise.

Alongside the boatyard, boat club, café, workspaces and wider site, The Studio gives us a bright, flexible space for movement, wellbeing and small group sessions in Itchenor, Chichester Harbour. It adds something useful to the site – a space that feels in keeping with the way Northshore is used day to day.

It makes room for the kinds of things that sit naturally here: a class before work, a midweek reset, a workshop, or a small group session. It gives those who already use the site another reason to spend time here, while also making room for selected classes that others may wish to book onto.

Current Classes at The Studio in Itchenor

A small number of regular classes are already taking shape in The Studio at Northshore.

PILATES SCULPT

Who: TG Core Movement

When: Tuesdays

Time: 7:10am – 8:00am

Pilates / sculpt-focused movement

CORE &  STRENGTH

Who: RAFT

When: Mondays and Thursdays

Time: 9:30am – 10:30am

Core strength and functional movement sessions with a strong focus on breath, control and moving well.

BOOTCAMP

Who: Holly Bassett

When: Wednesdays

Time: 6:15pm – 7:00pm

Big energy midweek class built around bodyweight and resistance-based exercise.

BRING SOMETHING TO NORTHSHORE

Run something thoughtful? Calm? Creative? Useful?

We’re always open to hearing from people with sessions, workshops or small group experiences that could feel at home here.

Just the Beginning

We are currently working on a more joined-up What’s On calendar for the website, so it will soon be easier to see what is happening in The Studio and across Northshore more broadly.

For now, this felt like a good moment to properly introduce the space and share a little of what is already happening here in Itchenor.
