Northshore, Arksen, and 10 % for the Ocean would like to invite you to a special summer evening by the water here in Itchenor.
On Thursday 17th July, we’re hosting an open-air screening of Ocean with David Attenborough – a stunning new documentary co-produced by Arksen and 10 % for the Ocean that explores the beauty of our seas and the challenges they face.
With Arksen based here at Northshore and playing a key role in bringing this film to life, it feels only right to share it with our local community – right by the water that connects us all to its story.
Come down for a relaxed evening with friends, take in the views across Chichester Harbour, and enjoy great company and drinks as the sun sets.
It’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening – with the bonus of supporting an important cause.
What to Expect:
Date: Thursday 17 July
Time: Arrival from 6 pm. Introduction at around 7:15 pm, with the film starting at 7:30 pm
Location: Northshore, Itchenor, PO20 7AY
Enjoy drinks from The Quarterdeck bar, with food also available, or bring along your own picnic.
Please bring a chair (the ground isn’t ideal for sitting directly on) and come prepared for the British weather – whilst we’re hoping for a brilliant summer’s evening, a warm layer and a brolly or raincoat are a good idea.
The evening will begin with a short introduction from the Arksen and Northshore teams, sharing how Ocean with David Attenborough came to life and why it matters.
Parking is available in the public car park at Itchenor (pay and display). From there, it’s just a short walk down to Northshore.
Then settle in for an evening of connection, reflection, and remarkable storytelling by the water.
