At Northshore, we have flexible rooms available for hire – each offering a different setup to suit your needs, from small team sessions to larger group workshops. All set on the water’s edge in Itchenor, with a calm atmosphere, easy parking and a great café on site.

All of our spaces come with high-speed Wi‑Fi, HD screen and a selection of tea, coffee and water. Whether you’re here for an hour or the whole day, we’ve got everything you need.
You’ll also have access to our on-site café, outdoor space, and parking – so your time here works both inside and out.

Northshore is a working waterfront in Itchenor – and a refreshing change from the usual office venue. Step outside for sea air between sessions, meet clients somewhere more memorable, or bring the team somewhere that feels a little different.
We’re easy to reach from across Chichester, Birdham, Bosham and the Witterings – with plenty of parking and direct harbour access.

A smart space – ideal for 1:1s, client catch-ups or team discussions. Quiet, practical, and easy to book by the hour, half-day or full day.
The Boardroom
A larger space with a central table and more room to spread out. Great for strategy days, team planning, or when you want a bit more presence.
The Open Space
A bright, open area perfect for workshops, training sessions or creative offsites. This space is available on request – just get in touch to tell us what you need.
