Northshore Referrals is our way of recognising the people who help grow the Northshore community by sharing what we do here — because they genuinely enjoy it and want others to experience it too.
Whether that’s storing a boat, joining the Boat Club, or taking a workspace by the harbour, Northshore brings together boating, work, and time on the water in one place.
It’s open to local businesses, individuals, and existing Northshore customers alike — anyone who knows what happens here and is happy to put their name to it. Everyone takes part in the same way: by making an introduction. And when that introduction turns into someone becoming part of Northshore, we recognise it properly.

Introductions to Northshore often come up in everyday conversations.
It might be a neighbour who’s just bought a boat and is wondering where to keep it, a client you’re already working with, or someone looking for a better place to work by the water.

Workspaces
Offices, coworking, meeting rooms, studios, workshops, and commercial units by the harbour.
Designed for people and businesses who value space, flexibility, and a connection to the water, they make it easy to work alongside everything else that happens at Northshore.
LIFT AND LAUNCH BOAT STORAGE
Boats are kept ashore at Northshore and launched to the deep-water pontoon by the team when owners want to head out.
With recovery, rinsing, and storage handled between trips, boats spend less time exposed and less time being prepped — better for time on the water, and better for the boat.
Boat Club
Not everyone wants to own a boat.
The Boat Club at Northshore offers shared access to a managed fleet at Northshore, making it easy to spend time on the water without the responsibilities that come with ownership.
Self-store
Self-storage at Northshore keeps equipment, tools, parts, and projects close by — practical, secure, and right where you need them.
Secure containers, indoor units, and flexible workshop spaces mean you can store what matters on site.
