Last night, something pretty special happened on the harbour.
POWER is Bananas brought their flagship POWER on the Water pop-up to Chichester Harbour for an evening of pure energy, connection, and joy. Imagine this: a bunch of people on bikes, pedalling to the beat as the sun sets, while cruising on a solar-powered catamaran through one of the South Coast’s most beautiful waterways. It’s just as wild and wonderful as it sounds.
Who are POWER is Bananas?
If you haven’t met them yet, POWER is Bananas are on a mission to prove that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore. Their high-energy sessions are about sweating with a smile, moving to music that lifts your soul, and feeling part of something bigger. They call their participants “the bunch”, and their mantra is simple: Feel good. Do good. Be bananas.
Whether it’s on bikes in a studio, out in the wild, or floating on water, they’re all about joyful movement, positive vibes, and community spirit.
